Komfort Studio direkt am Alexanderplatz

Positive: De ruimte van het huis en de locatie. Negative: De wc was niet schoon

Good, but the experience with the shower was an inconvenience Positive: Great location, clean, well equiped Negative: There was a problem with the shower and we were not able to take a shower for 2 nights.

Positive: Location , location , location. It's in the heart of the city . East acces to many places . Negative: Noting to dislike

Positive: דירה מדהימה! מיקום פנטסטי, מרחק הליכה קצר מתחנת הU באלכסנדרפלץ, משני שווקים של חג המולד. חנויות בגדים, בית מרקחת, סופר במרחק הליכה של כ600 מטר. דירה חמה, מיטה נוחה מאוד, מטבח מאובזר ( מומלץ לקנות אוכל בסופר ליד) רק חסר קפה וסוכר. מקלחת טובה, מכונת כביסה (אפילו השאירו לנו טבליות כביסה). בעלים נהדרים, ביקשנו צ'ק אין מוקדם, שילמנו כ30 יורו להקדים הגעה. הייתה שהות נעימה מאוד! Negative: כלום!!!!

Comfortable studio apartment in the centre of Berlin. Positive: Good instructions for gaining access to the studio apartment received the day prior to our arrival. Apartment was clean and tidy and larger than expected. All the equipment functioned although the plug in the sink did not seem to work however we used the dishwasher (dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid supplied). Location was good being just five minutes walk to Alexanderplatz and also a few minutes to a decent grocery store (Netto). Tram stops located just outside the building. A quiet location, which seemed to be residential, and it was also quiet within the building. The studio was on the seventh floor so the lift was appreciated. Considering the studio was in the centre of Berlin, we thought that the price for our five night was reasonable. Would recommend. Negative: Nothing we did not like.
